Lady Luck Songs was created because we believe in the power of music. Our hope is that the words we use in our songs touch the listener and help them in some way. We absolutely love what we do, and feel lucky that we get to wake up every day and do a job that we truly enjoy.
Founder and songwriter, Kim Penz formed Lady Luck Songs in 2015. After getting her start as an artist in Texas, performing at opries and Johnnie High’s Country Music Review, she recorded her first EP at Rosewood Studios in Tyler, Texas. Her friends Steve Holy and LeAnn Rimes, who were recording at Rosewood at the same time, helped draw her to Music City in 2000 after a few songs she wrote were well-received.
Lady Luck is dedicated to the Writer, and being a small independent Publisher allows us to focus on just that. Since 2015 Lady Luck has had some Great Songwriters including Matt Warren, Maks Gabriel, Davis Corley, Hailey Steele, and the incredible Roger Springer.
